“I had met Chad several times at a friend’s gatherings, and decided to employ his services to help me find a home to purchase before it got to the point where I wouldn’t be able to afford one in or around Seattle. I called the listing agent and she confirmed it was still listed, and that the sellers had not had any offers. I quickly called Chad and asked if he could get in to see the house as I was possibly interested in making an offer. He didn’t hesitate, and left his office and went straight to see the house. He confirmed what I already knew about the home, and we talked the details of the offer I was going to make.
Within just a few hours, and some back and forth of signing documents electronically, I was in contract to purchase the home. Chad made the entire process extremely easy and very comfortable. He made himself available to communicate at all times of the day and night. He was committed to me purchasing the right home at a fair price. He also referred me to a lender, someone he has worked with over the years and trusts, who also made the transaction of purchasing a home painless and transparent. And to top it off, he had a home and sewer inspector at the home just 1.5 days after the seller accepted my offer.
