Each week, 4 - 6 condo homes are selected in different buildings and we set out on a Walking Open House for about an hour (ok, a little longer). It may be referred to as a 'Condo crawl' but we move pretty fast. It's a great way to see several homes in a short period of time. The tour varies each week by building and price. I am happy to set up individual tours at any time if you can't make it one week or if you are looking in a different price range. If one of the homes interests you, I can set up a private showing in which you may view the home at your leisure without others around. For buyers, this is a great way to learn about living in Belltown/Downtown and seeing some great urban homes to determine if the lifestyle is for you. For sellers, it is a chance to assist you in setting realistic pricing for your home and to learn about the current market. All from yours' truly...Thanks a bunch and see you on the tour.
