Being in the "know" on real estate has never been more important. For most though, staying on top of the market and learning about it takes too much time and the resources to find info can be scarce. Not anymore. As part of my plan to assist you with your home investment, I've created the Market Snapshot Program. Not a program really, but more of a digital assistant to help you stay current on your investment.
The snapshot provides you specific real estate activity around your home and in your neighborhood. The best part is that once you have set up your initial information (always held private - remember, confidentiality is one of my important client duties prescribed by law), the Snapshot is automatically sent to you via email with the most recent sales data. You can edit the frequency of receiving the Snapshot and it includes Community Info and School Info for your added convienence.
